We begin with a 15-minute consultation to evaluate if this program is the right fit for your needs. Your diagnostic scope and investment are then determined based on the size, complexity, and needs of your business.
The Operational Diagnostic
We begin with a 60-minute diagnostic session to understand your goals and concerns. I then meet individually with the key leaders and team members you recommend while reviewing your current systems, workflows, and operations to uncover where friction is affecting execution.
Findings & Recommendations
Once the diagnostic is complete, I bring everything together to identify the key friction points, uncover the disconnects, and determine what needs to be addressed. You’ll receive a concise summary of my findings and a clear recommendation for the path forward.

I work alongside you, and your team, to implement the recommended solutions, providing the training and support needed to ensure everyone is confident in the new approach and equipped to carry it forward independently.

Regional Travel Policy: Local on-site sessions, within King and Pierce County, include a standard mileage rate. Additional travel fees apply for sessions requiring travel beyond these counties. These may include air travel, lodging, and ground transportation costs.

How long does a typical partnership last?
The timeline is determined by your organization’s needs, complexity, and the scope of implementation. Because every engagement is different, your recommended timeline will be outlined after the diagnostic.
Do we need to buy new software?
My first priority is always to maximize the tools you already have in place. I will only research and recommend new platforms if your current setup is a true bottleneck to your growth. We focus on finding the most efficient, scalable path forward for your specific industry and team.
Will I still be involved in the process?
Absolutely. We stay aligned through regular strategic check-ins while I lead the operational work and implementation. As your Fractional COO, I work alongside you and your team to address the priorities identified during the diagnostic and ensure the changes are successfully implemented.
What happens if we decide not to move forward with the full project after the the diagnostic?
The diagnostic is a standalone operational evaluation designed to provide clarity, regardless of your next steps. If you choose not to proceed with implementation, you will receive a concise summary of my key findings and recommendations. The diagnostic investment is retained as payment for the completed evaluation.
