Questionnaire & Diagnostic Deposit

We begin with a 15 minute consultation to evaluate if this program is the right fit for your needs. Following our call, you will complete an in-depth questionnaire. A deposit is required to initiate your diagnostic. The duration of this phase is determined by your organizational needs and complexity

Step 02
The Alignment Kickoff

We meet online for a 60 minute diagnostic session to define your primary goals and identify visible friction points. This session establishes the initial project scope and provides the starting point for the internal research and team interviews.

Internal Evaluation
& Proposal

Within the diagnostic timeframe, I step in as your Fractional COO to interview staff and evaluate your workflows. Following this evaluation, please allow up to 2-4 business weeks to receive your comprehensive diagnostic findings along with a fixed-fee quote for the entire project.

Framework &
Team Training

Once approved, I construct and implement the standardized frameworks required to stabilize your operations. I then lead the rollout and team training to solidify the new structure and equip your team for long-term success.

Your investment covers a comprehensive operational alignment tailored to your organization’s specific complexity and scale. 

To begin, an Operational Diagnostic deposit is required to cover the initial evaluation phase. This investment is aligned with your team’s size to facilitate a thorough analysis of your internal infrastructure.

Tier 1 (1–5 Team Members): $2,500 Deposit
Tier 2 (6–15 Team Members): $4,500 Deposit
Tier 3 (16+ Team Members): Custom Quote

This amount is 100% credited toward your total project investment. If you choose not to proceed with the full integration, this deposit covers the delivery of your Operational Diagnostic finding.

Regional Travel Policy:
Local on-site sessions, within King and Pierce County, include a standard mileage rate. Additional travel fees apply for sessions requiring travel beyond these counties. These may include air travel, lodging, and ground transportation costs.

How long does a typical partnership last?
This is an intensive structural integration. The timeline is dictated by your organization’s complexity and the scale of the framework. Whether we are reinforcing a legacy framework or laying the foundation for a rapid hire, we move at a pace that prioritizes structural integrity and team alignment.

Do we need to buy new software?
My first priority is always to maximize the tools you already have in place. I will only research and recommend new platforms if your current setup is a true bottleneck to your growth. We focus on finding the most efficient, scalable path forward for your specific industry and team.

Will I still be involved in the process?
We stay aligned through regular strategic check-ins while I drive the operational orchestration and rollout. As your Fractional COO, I integrate within your organization to framework the workflows, interview the team, and finalize the documentation.

What happens if we decide not to move forward with the full project after the the diagnostic?
The diagnostic is a standalone operational evaluation designed to provide actionable insight regardless of your next steps. If you choose not to proceed, I provide you the details of what I discovered. This document outlines my findings on your internal bottlenecks, team feedback, and a prioritized sequence of events for your workflows. The deposit is retained as payment for this in depth evaluation, resulting in a strategic framework for independent implementation.
